Shipping, Warranty & Return Policies:Shipping:
Normally, we will ship your order via UPS. If you prefer other shipping arrangements, please state as you place your order. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on your invoice before order confirmation.
30 days from the products arrival time. Warranty coverage includes ONLY repair / replacement of defective / damaged product.
Warranty VOIDS if the product is abused,altered,damaged
By use, not in original brand new condition & packaging, removed
orange tip (for Airsoft), or is over the warranty period. Warranty
does not cover battery, cosmetic damage(ie.scratches etc.), improper
assemblage and damages caused by improper usage. All sales are final
on special orders,gearboxes,serviced products,batteries,if bb's used
are low grade(such as; .12's in a metal gear boxed airsoft rifle).
Trouble Shooting Tips:
1.) Is your battery fully charged? Try another one? Buy an extra
battery & charger. A 9.6V or stronger will unjam gears.
2.) Check the fuse. If broken,replace it.
3.) Check if the gun is jammed. Use the cleaning rod to unjam it.
4.) Did you adjust the motor?
Gas Blow Back pistols:
1.) Buy extra magazines
2.) Every time you empty the magazine under rapid fire, the gas
compression will cause the mag. temperature to drop very low. The
rubber parts on the mag. will freeze and become fragile. Give it 20
minutes to go back to room temp. before using it again. This practice
will give better performance and reliability.
There are NO "check it out" orders. Be sure in the choices of the

Contact us immediately. We'll issue you an RMA (return merchandise
authorization) form and Number.
Return shipment must include:
1.) Original Invoice from AirsoftXsports.com
2.) Print out materials from RMA application form(received from RMA
3.) All items must be shipped in a box containing the original box/
4.) Shipping label with RMA number on it. ( All packages without a
RMA number issued will be refused or discarded.)
5.) All false claims will be discarded and treated as fraud. We
reserve the rights to all final determinations.
6.) Exceptions for returning a brand new, unused product are subject
to management approval. A minimum 25% restocking fee plus shipping
charges will apply.
